An integral part of the “Quest for new audiences” (curated by Rebecca Raponi), vocational training is one of Dance Promotion’s key activities. The principal aim is to stimulate interest (especially among the students of secondary schools and of university, but also among dance lovers and professionals) by carrying out initiatives that offer participants the possibility to come into closer contact with the world of dance.

Romaeuropa Promozione Danza has been recognised by the Prime Minister’s Office –Department of Entertainment – as an organisation for the promotion of dance. To spread, to train and to conserve, these are the targets Romaeuropa Promozione Danza wants to achieve. A commitment that since 1996 has focused on introducing, spreading and bringing out the art of movement within a wider national and international circuit, and has led to the setting up of training initiatives that are the outcome of the close collaboration of entities and institutions. Starting from 2002, Romaeuropa Promozione Danza has been working for the creation of a comprehensive and innovative Multimedia Platform for Contemporary Dance, producing a CD-Rom containing an overview of the current state of Italian contemporary dance.[…]More »
